• Documents issued in an Arab country usually need the stamp of the respective Arab ministry of foreign affairs for official submission in a European country.
• Documents issued in Germany usually need the stamp of the competent court and the Arab representation office in Germany for submission in an Arab country.

Steps for translation and legalization by mail

1. You send the documents by post or e-mail and we confirm the receipt per e-mail.
2. We translate and then:
   • Send you the documents back with our stamp for official use in Germany (or)
   • Legalize our translation from the court and send you legalized translated documents back, if used outside Germany.
   • The mailing of originals is by registered letter within Germany or by courier outside Germany.
3. You will be informed by e-mail about the sending details and get our invoice for payment.
